BrECADD protocol template

Template for administering BrECADD in patients with classic Hodgkin lymphoma outside of clinical trials, based on the GHSG HD21 trial (Borchmann et al., Lancet 2024). It covers doses and dose levels, the 3-day administration schedule, supportive care, criteria for continuation and dose reduction, and PET-guided treatment. Responsibility for administration remains with the treating physician.
